Support is the most important aspect of purchasing plus size bras. Without proper breast support, you could experience sagging (caused by stretching Cooper's ligaments) and a strain on your neck and upper back. Breasts should sit firmly in the middle of your chest and a bra should prevent movement. Underwire bras are usually recommended for optimal support; but a properly fitted wire-free style can be just as effective.
